This totally fabulous piece was commissioned for our client and features a scintillating 21.49ct oval Swiss blue topaz surrounded by a luscious doughnut encrusted with a blend of stunning blue sapphires, sparkling white diamonds and rich blue topaz in 18ct white gold with a black rhodium finish on the halo. The surround contains an impressive 140 topaz equalling 3.29ct, 76 sapphires totalling 1.89ct and 12 round brilliant cut diamonds totalling 0.35ct.
