A 9ct yellow onyx and diamond enhancer featuring a sparkling round brilliant cut diamond white gold bezel set in a plate of emerald cut black onyx, measuring approx. 14.1x11.5mm, enveloped in a yellow gold bezel. Sparkling round brilliant cut diamonds surround the onyx, also bezel set, the enhancer is completed with a plain gold clip bale.
