Stunning, chunky & gorgeous 2.57ct bright, mid to dark purlish pink, eye clean Umbalite Garnet set into the center of this 3 stone halo ring. The diamonds either side are 2 = 0.52ct F/VS in quality. Each of the three main stones are surrounded by a halo of bright, white diamonds (as well as the shoulders) The total small diamonds are 41 = 0.85ct F/G -VS-SI quality. The total diamond content is 1.37ct. What is Umbalite Garnet? It is a very high quality version of the Rhodolite Garnet. It generally comes from one location, the Umba valley in Tanzania, where it gets its name. Just like Rhodolite, it comes in a beautiful purple color with flashes of red or blue.
